DBT Skills Group for Adults. 16 x 1 1/2 hour sessions: mindfulness, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills.
Recovery from depression and anxiety. 10 x 1 ½ hour sessions.
Mindful eating for those who struggle with overeating : a confidential education group to help you understand your triggers and manage your urges to overeat. 10 x 1 ½ hour sessions. Option to add individual therapy sessions.
