Individual therapy

Sessions are confidential, last for one hour and can be face-to-face, or via Skype. The first session establishes your needs and a treatment plan is developed accordingly. We discuss the estimate of the number of sessions that you may require.

In an individual therapy 1 hour session we:

  • Establish the agenda for the session together
  • Review events that have occurred since the last meeting
  • Work on your personal needs
  • Establish homework for you to carry out between sessions
